Responsibilities
The candidates must be dedicated, professional

do whatever it takes to get the job done. The position
is a ground floor opportunity with tremendous growth potential

us be a leader in the aircraft instrument repair industry
by acting as the Independent Account Representative who
builds relationships, serves customers, services existing
accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts;
focuses sales efforts, reports to Vice President/Sales
& Marketing, monitors competition, recommends changes
in service and policy; resolves customer complaints, maintains
professional and technical knowledge, provides historical
records, and contributes to team effort. If you would

Requirements:
At least an AS degree or BS degree preferred with good GPA. Degree or equivalent
experience in Aviation, Aeronautics, Aerospace, Electronics,
Business Administration, Business Development and Sales/Marketing.
(Technical know-how is a must)
1-2 years experience in inside sales, B2B, telemarketing, aviation maintenance industry or aerospace sales preferred, but not required. Will train right person.
Knowledge of FAR (Federal Aviation Regulations) Part 145 or willing to learn them.
Positive attitude, enthusiastic, reliable, trustworthy, persistent, ethical, honest, willingness to learn is essential.
Working out of home in an Internet-based environment, and being comfortable with ambiguity and a frequently changing environment.
Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.
Adeptly explains features, advantages, benefits, and technical aspects of the company. Demonstrates expert knowledge of the competitive market.
Exudes self-confidence and inspires confidence in others.
Presents information effectively and persuasively across the phone, email, and fax.
MUST HAVE ACCESS TO COMPUTER, PHONE AND FAX!
Ability to develop and maintain strong rapport with clients.
Capable negotiator. Clearly communicates goals, interests, and positions during discussions.
Consummates the relationship by addressing customer concerns, demonstrating empathy, and consistently moving the customer towards commitment.
Leads provided and must generate leads through planning and persistence.
Experience with desktop applications including Internet Explorer, MS Word, Outlook or Outlook Express, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
